As I was walking sometime yesterday
To simply pass away time
I saw him walking...
And wondered if he could be mine???

He looked my way and sometime yesterday
He smiled as if to say "Hello"...

And then it happened sometime yesterday
I fell in love,so in love...
But he was waiting there for someone else,
I was a fool not to see
The smile I thought was mine was for someone else
Walking close to me.. :(

Maybe I'll find true love someday,
Who knows just where??
Who knows when?

Till then I'll think of sometime yesterday
Just wondering if we ever meet again,
Hoping that you love me too...

Little bitty heart

The strangest thing in all the world is a heart so small.
You'll never know how to solve the mystery,
Of how a thing so tiny could control so much of me.

Down at the love park

Last night I took a walk after dark
A lovely place called a love park
I took a ride on the roler coaster
The guy I sat beside was awful smart
And when we stopped it felt like the best ride ever
My heart was flying up like a rocket ship
Down like a roller coaster
And around like a merry-go-round
We ate n drank at a stall
I danced to the tunes in my heart
In the love park was there
Where I fell in love
Down at the love park

We hold hands in a movie show

In earlier days, when there was a dance floor,

you'd find lots of people on the dance floor, enjoying themselves.
But along the wall, you'd find others, just sitting and watching.
They know how to dance, mind you, and yes, they'd like to.
But they sit and wait and hope that someone will come and ask them to.
And if nobody comes?
Then for them, it is a long, long evening!
Such people used to be called wallflowers.
